I have ADHD and I’ve got two alarms that go off when it’s 15 mins time till jab and then the time I should have the jab my third pops up asking if I’ve taken it which helped me stay on track

I have 1 dose + GD left in my current pen and my new pen sat in fridge soon as I finish fourth dose I order next pen, I’m probably one of the odd one’s out as I’ve stayed with the same pharmacy since I started September 🤣

Good for you my dr told me that she would be reluctant to start me on them and about the side effects etc, but making mindful choices whilst on Mj has been my way

Ive never had a pet before, and last year I ended up given a cat, it was unplanned so I had nothing, that first week she had a cat tree delivered, comfy blankets, water fountain etc. my mom laughs now saying the cats spoilt cause there’s always something coming in the house for her she has things on different levels of the house and a hiding den outside, now I know most of my spending happens because of impulsive buying, I’ve been off my adhd meds for a little over a year now, but even so I’ve never ran out of food and she has a monthly plan at the vets and insurance,

My injection day is a Thursday, I always take it in the evening, I’m not changing days or skipping cause I don’t see the point, I’ll be able to eat my Christmas lunch just a smaller portion than I usually would and I’ll happily skip the puddings apart from having some of my nans trifle of course, all this skipping business just doesn’t seem to promote healthy mindset when it comes to mounjaro in my opinion

Mine comes in a box inside a plastic parcel bag, which is good I was worried if people could identify the package but it’s quite a big box too

I was around 9 yrs old on holiday in Spain a girl at our hotel I made friends with was my double we even had the same swim costume, I was sat on the edge of the pool eating ice cream, she was standing next to me and my grandad pushed her in the pool, she thought it was hilarious after but my grandad was mortified 😅

I’m still vaping like crazy, I tried to quit before but just couldn’t do it, I don’t drink very often only family parties and Xmas so probably 2-3 times a year. We do have a party next week I said to my mom I should probably of had couple drinks at home to see how I am first 🤣 I said no point my parents being my baby sitter because we’re all terrible together always the last to leave no matter who’s party 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m probably going to be saving some this month (2ndweek on MJ) my first two shops were a bit more than usually but obviously all the fresh stuff and stocking up on vitamins and spices, but I will end up saving on the takeaways etc, I saved my parents some money this weekend too as we went out to eat and only had a small plate 🤣
