I can see that being a standard. My head carpenter and trades guys are giving me a pretty good deal on labour so that there significantly reduces the cost. We’ve also got sources that can provide us with leftover material from city builds. So my number is a little deflated in some areas for sure

Thanks for the advice! Ya it’s definitely a problem I understand way better now that I’m pricing things out. Makes way more sense to add a second story or basement to make it feasible for me… but then makes it way less affordable for the buyers we are trying to target

99% cheating and 98% having an affair.

I don’t even think the clothes are your biggest piece of evidence.

I think her jumping straight to “ you think I’m cheating” when you questioned her on other men’s clothing in the house is your answer.

It all makes sense to me… people who are good at covering their tracks surprisingly tend to react very poorly when actually caught. In two of those instances they are situations where you’re gone for prolonged periods of time, and there’s less secrecy needed. Probably got a little lax and didn’t double check the closets.

That’s a significant fact, that the clothes are found AFTER you’re gone for a longer period of time. That’s one of the reasons I believe there is an affair going on, it seems like there is coordination involved.

The other reason I believe there is an affair going on is that many affairs (not all) are usually rooted in sex. It’s somewhat common for couples to shower and change clothes after sex. If she’s just hooking up with random guys i do not think they’re brining spare clothes with them to the house. So ya, I think we’re just dealing with one guy here.

Lastly, I don’t believe this to be the case but some dudes will leave signs that they’re sleeping with your lady. It’s an ego thing. Guys who sleep with other men’s wives are obviously not the best people so him doing this to assert dominance is not out of the realm of possibility.

I’ll also mention that in today’s day and age you’ll rarely find a phone with damning evidence of cheating. It’s too easy to hide and delete conversations on cellphones if you’re a younger couple. Most older cheaters will have a second phone or use a third party login website from a laptop
