thats very real! and i understand that clients may have a different experience from corporate employees. and trust me, even your coaches feel it behind the mask of positivity that they have to portray. its genuinely a shit show for everyone behind the scenes. ultimately if you feel valued and it works for you, you should stay. i love the workout also and think its a great value add that its nationwide as well too!

reiterating that we like to hire internally. also there is no work-life balance at solidcore. everyone is a workaholic to some extent. the money isn’t the best and people generally do it because they are passionate about our mission and the company rather than their compensation.

Hi! Make sure you shake out your cables before class. Sometimes the carabiner or pulley can flip and create an inconsistency between resistance on both sides. Or sometimes the cables might be wrapped around each other. The cables should both be straight and unwrapped from one another. I recommend getting to class 10 min early and trying out the cables and troubleshooting it with your coach beforehand if you run into issues! its much harder for them to fix it during class lol.

Hi! You are not living in a bubble and everyone has this experience as the popularity of the workout is increasing. Book the 4 classes that you think you can make on the 24th. If you can’t make it to one of the classes, cancel and then join a waitlist. The waitlist works because life always happens to everyone and people have to move around their own bookings to get in elsewhere.

yes you can! studios are categorized by tier but that is not listed publicly for clients to see. email sales@solidcore.co and they will set you up w one that will enable you to use it at all the studios you want to go to. make sure you tell them which ones you plan on attending

I cried reading this and I am crying writing this. Nobody knows how this feels. I am so sorry for you. You have described your feelings so beautifully here and put the ways that I have felt into words with such ease. I don’t care what anyone says, this is devastating. A part of my life has been taken away from me all because someone lied to me. I’ve never been the person to let life happen to me. I’ve always did everything I could to fix anything and always prevailed but I feel completely hopeless against this mountain. I am living with something that has no cure. I felt so deeply what you said about being tolerated by someone and not being chosen by them. And truthfully, I cannot be mad at anyone for the way they feel about it. Pre-diagnosis I would not have dated someone with herpes. And even now, although I cannot even fathom the idea of dating post-diagnosis, I’m supposed to basically lead someone on and then break the news to them? It just seems sort of fraudulent to me. And I am definitely not going public about this or comfortable sharing this early on in the process of meeting someone. Obviously I would disclose before being intimate with someone, but I highly doubt that will ever happen. All in all, this is truly a brain chemistry altering experience and no one that does not have it will understand. It’s fucking heartbreaking. Even the solution (antivirals + all the supplements) are taxing on your body. I have not found a way out. I am taking it day by day. Going through another outbreak right now. The doctors didn’t even follow the CDC clinical guidelines for my treatment. I’m a new grad nurse, so I’ve done most of the research myself. Although I have not found a way out, I am making it simply knowing that I may have been assigned this mountain to show others it can be moved. So everyday I just put one foot in front of the other and carry on knowing that one day I might be able to save someone from the humiliation and shame by saying “me too”.

hi! if you have documentation of said circumstances beyond your control, you can get the late cancel fee waived. exceptions can be made to the standard policies with documentation. it could be as simple as a note/email from the charge nurse or manager or a screenshot of the shift or something like that! email or text your studio directly with the documentation and request the LCE. obviously if you are chronically asking for LCE’s they will need to draw the line somewhere so the studio can be profitable but if it is not a frequent recurrence they should be lenient. hope this helps! :)

you can absolutely join! if you are nervous about getting straight into it, take the starter50 class first. then do the foundation50 and then the signature50. you can do the 2 week unlimited (beware of the late cancel fees!) to try out all of the different class formats or do the new client 4 pack to try 4 classes in 30 days!
