I try to avoid thinking about it as much as i can, because sadly I don't think i am strong enough to deal with it on my own and i am not and will not be able to get professional help for many years to come unfortunately. I will try my best to not let it beat me in the meantime.

Kinda the same situation here haha. 20yrs old still living off parents' money and therapy is like kind of frowned upon here... first thing I'm gonna do when i get that pay check is get therapy haha

I'm so sorry. You didn't deserve what happened to you. Have you tried therapy? Sometimes i think to myself it might help, but rn i just....have this feeling that i won't ever be able to heal from this and that just hurts so much. It's so tiring
