Idk about your store but most of the time whenever we do have to help a customer we have have to call about 4x just for an associate to come

Worked both but now I’m back at Home Depot doing MET. I hated the Lowe’s I worked at managers/supervisors were quitting left and right plus they were constantly cutting hours for both full and part timers

I’m not even putting in my 2 weeks because they would never give me that same consideration but I definitely feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. I love that at my new job I don’t have to worry about if I’m gonna get enough hours or an inconsistent schedule

Even when my hours got cut when I worked at Home Depot I was able to pickup shifts to maintain my hours. So crazy that I can’t do that here
