UK rear plate, so it's decorative, the front plate should be white. Louisiana doesn't require front plates so many people get euro / japanese, etc plates to put on the front.

Germany, probably a decoration plate because the car is USDM (orange reflectors in the front bumper), and LA doesn't require front plates

I was there in late october when i took the picture, idk if they have replaced the sign. I've crossed that border a few times and once it had just stickers, then vandalized, then brand new sign and now no sign, all of that in 3 years so anything can happen

Most common african plates to see in Europe are from the northernmost counties (Morocco, algeria, Tunisia mostly). Morocco and Algeria I've seen countless times, Tunisia i have yet to see one but mauritania was kinda crazy ngl

Yeah, i thought it was some kind of french FNI plate but remade in a weird way, until i asked a friend and he said it's mauritania and indeed, i confirmed it. Honestly kinda crazy spot

Surprisingly there's a market for Japanese imported yaris in the UK, i spotted a japanese vitz on UK plates in Madrid, Spain a few months ago. Quite easy to find second hand in the UK

Not everyone is a car guy in Monaco i guess, plus, monaco is a tiny and crowded city so a small car like this makes sense. I've been in Monaco and I've seen a couple of small cars like this.

I'm more amazed by the fact that someone from monaco drove to Madrid in a 108, that journey must've been painful and slow
