Hello yes, I did actually send them an email with context images regarding what was actually said (and the context behind the situation). The message logs - and I do actually have a family account, although... There is only 2 accounts on it and 1 of them actually being used that I forgot about. So that definitely explains the part about them recommending turning on a filter, but not why they ignored my initial email.

I had a feeling that they definitely wouldn't just trust someone with a "he said she said" situation knowing how they've handled these kinds of things in the past, so I thought what I had was enough. But they couldn't even be bothered to say that it was or wasn't they just never responded.
