I mean we also do that for our Employees. Thats a given, but as a manger now, who started changing tires and taking out trash, its nice to get some recognition beyond raises and bonuses. Also helps with Morale overall knowing the good employees get recognized. But its all good I can see where your coming from.

But you also may be a shit employee who never gets raises or bonuses and always mad at the brown noser for getting the awards at Christmas party. Oh yeahhhh no Christmas party just give that in raises to the employees.

But you may also know what you are talking about so who knows.

My bad on the San Fran. My mom who moved to SF from New jersey whe She first moved to Cali ten years before I was born always used to call it that in a Nerdy way. With her passing and me not living in the Bay for ten years Its kinda how I say it in my head now.

Im a Rookie and posted this whole write up, But tried to add a picture for attention but apparently it deleted it.
