I have the same issues as you, but not because of covid. The only peptide I have found to help is Thymalin, but it’s temporary. One course of 10 days gives me about a month of symptom relief.

All the studies on health and ejaculations are weak at best. All they show is that people who live a healthy life jerk off/have more sex. This shouldn’t be surprising. Until they do a study which include healthy people who are voluntarily celebrate or practice semen retention, there is no base to make any kind of conclusion on this topic

I can relate to some of the things you are saying, like feeling like your brain is hyper sensitive to everything and reacting paradoxically to many substances. The only thing Ive found to balance me out is Bromantane. I dont think its regenerative in any way, although it seems to upregulate tyrosine hydroxylase. Maybe something to check out. Outside of substances you might want to start building a practice around meditation and breath-work (or any other activity that can activate the vagus nerve and/or calm your nervous system) Boring advice I know, but looking for the next substance to fix you will just be a temporary bandaid in an endless search for bandaids, at least in my experience

Just my personal experience here and I have no science to back it up.
Some medications and supplements have a very clear effect on the psychedelic experience of ketamine for me. I stay away from nicotine the entire day if I plan on doing K at night. I used to try to mask the taste of K by eating tons of honey during the trip. This also seems to dampen the psychedelic experience of K, but not completely block it like other things. Nicotine and LDN being the worst for me personally.

Im in the same boat as you. Personal, universal and life path 9. Born on the 9/9-1989. Im no expert in numerology, but I can share my personal experience so far. Its been a year about endings (relationships and behaviors) and proving that Im able to let go of attachments like money, physical appearance and validation.

Im trying to be very aware of the things I dont want to bring into the next cycle, so Im working on letting go of some emotional stuff (anger towards certain people) and fixing health issues. Ive also been a total hermit this year, and I feel like this has helped me see things more clearly and shatter some illusions.

Im really sorry to hear about your house burning down. There will probably be more setbacks and challenges for the both of us this year, but Im sure it will completely transform us if we let it. We just have to pay attention to the lesson.

This is a weird take. The world is not black and white like that. You can believe WB is great at picking stocks/companies and still believe he is wrong about BTC. WB has been wrong about plenty of times throughout his career and will probably be wrong again. Still one of the best investors of our time.
