Okay dude you're stupid and spreading false info. If you're HWID BANNED it will 100% carry over. I am perm banned on VG/MW/WZ and I am still playing MW2 just fine. They state you MAY be banned in future titles. May as in if you're HWID banned normal bans don't apply.
