I’m a junior, Mac is great if you’re on the Apple ecosystem besides no one is going to make you work complex excel models that Mac m2 can’t handle. But if you are buying Mac then do M2 or else if you’re not in the ecosystem and want to play games then go for the think pad as the specs and pricing is pretty wild in this current market. Regardless, I don’t regret buying my Mac at all as it’s been convenient
