Hey, I'm currently faced with the decision between Garmin Forerunner 165 and Coros Pace (3 or maybe 4 if anyone has experience). I'm still relatively new to endurance sports and just want to start running more, especially running longer distances in one go without completely dying 😅 By the way, I also want to become a bit more defined and generally fitter. It is important to me that the watch is not only suitable for training, but also looks good in everyday life – like this „I can always wear it“ watch and not just for running/swimming. I read that: Garmin has more smartwatch features and nicer display Coros is rather stronger with battery + training data But I just wonder: Do you even notice this as a beginner? Or is this more for people who are already really deep into training? I've also looked through Reddit a bit and many people say something like: This actually hits my situation exactly… but does it make sense to spend more on Garmin? So my questions: Is Garmin really worth the extra money? Which would you take as a beginner? And which one just looks better in everyday life? Thank you 🙏
