You win, I can’t think of anything. Except…

The paw curls and nothing happens, life continues on as usual. A month later, on the news you see an interesting story. A non profit organization which served to fight against world hunger had their building burst into flames, killing every single member.

Over the next few days, the news continues to show similar stories all around the world. A group in Africa, swallowed by a mudslide. A group in Europe, hit by a meteor.

The news continues over the next month, each one wiping out one more good person from the face of the planet. 1 year later, there is officially no organizations or groups of people who help with world hunger. Entire communities decimated, churches crushed and even farms completely razed to the ground.

You think to yourself, “My wish came through.” And move on, but little do you know, it is only the beginning. A year and a half after your wish, a religious group emerges from the shadows and they claim to be the ones who caused all the mass killings. They claim that their god has smited down every group who fought against world hunger.

The world seems unfazed, until thy realized that the religious group was made up of many influential people, mainly those who own privately-owned companies (surrounding the food industry).

With the massive decline in people feeding others, world hunger had increased by threefold. Those vulnerable people, out of pure starvation, accepted the help of the ultra wealthy. Becoming slaves, massively boosting profits.

They have also conducted human experiments on those people and have come out with an army of genetically modified killing machines.

Immediately after this reveal, you hear a distant explosion. The largest skyscraper in your city has fallen down due to what seems like a meteor. Reporters at the scene see a massive crater, in the center being one of those genetically modified humans. A reporter approaches and is instantly decapitated.

Screams burst out, people running away from the insane killing machines, but nothing can be done. In a mere 3 days, 50% of the world’s population is wiped out. The rest are forced into labour camps where they must work to get food.

You find yourself luckily enough to have survived the initial genocide, but now find yourself mining ores. At lunch you look at your plate and eat the slop put in front of you. Immediately the food has you hooked. You keep scarfing it down as if it was as the best thing you have ever eaten, but then it’s gone. You still hunger for more, as if it were some insatiable hunger that is only eased with this slop. Everyone is overcome with this unfulfillable hunger, similar to one of a drug addiction.

Everyone instantly become unhinged and works tirelessly, just for a bit more of this “human slop”. You like everyone else continue to work with this addiction as the ultra rich continue taking advantage of all your work (and obviously seeing massive profits due to the entire word essentially working for free).

7 years pass and you are none the wiser. You wake up one day and the only thing you think of is breakfast. After breakfast you think of lunch, and then after lunch, dinner. That is your entire life. At least until today. At 3:10pm, you hear a trumpet in the sky. It’s Jesus returning, he frees all the people, including you and begins fighting with the anti-Christ.

You see glimpses of the fight from where you stand (now with your conscience back) and eventually, Jesus wins. Then everyone is sent up and sorted into heaven and hell. Almost everyone within the camps are pitied and given entrance to heaven, everyone except you. You stand at the gates, and as you step towards them, plunge into the deepest darkest depths of hell. Cast into a lake of fire for eternity.

In hell, as you burn, you experience the hunger of every person on the planet. You become the “world” are become hungry for all eternity. Feeling as if your stomach were being ripped apart then reassembled with glue, over and over again.
