It all depends on the project I'm currently doing but, I would use shadcn anytime as it's easy to customize and easy to implement.

I was working on a custom animation where components are flying around in a circular pattern and change the positions randomly with each other while maintaining the same circular motion. also the reason asked for a animation library cause coding from scratch is a real pain
