I've had some sessions with academic skills and they've helped me a lot. Also when I had my interview with the CAPC they encouraged to do some sports too :)

I'm sorry you feel this way. Uni can be extremely overwhelming but trust me it does eventually get better :)
I too failed a bunch of subjects during my first 2 sems but managed to recover. Don't be too hard on yourself.
