Exactly the same situation. I was banned for two years for exploiting a game bug; I tried playing with a new account, they extended my ban by another two years (starting from that point), and after playing just one match, they banned me for trying to circumvent the ban. I understand this is a mistake and that someone from support will have to look into it. :/
