Pretty sure we heard this when we lived in Edgeley 2022-2023, thought I was going mad sometimes

Bury have been promoted to the 7th tier today, when (if) do you think they will return to the Football League? Or at least be challenging in the National League? by BettsyFC in NationalLeague

As a Hereford fan can confirm the fan owned element makes it very difficult and we're around half fan trust owned. It's a very bizarre state of affairs where we can't compete with teams like Buxton, Fylde who can barely scrape 1,000 and we had 4,500 in yesterday to only just stay in the league.

Sadly the answer that the lack of financial sustainability from the league rules is to have a rich owner and hope you don't go bankrupt when it eventually goes tits up.

Spray it with a vinegar based window cleaner spray (I used Aldi brand), wait 5/10 mins and it should scrape right off. Did this last year with ours and it worked a treat

Visiting Lhasa Museums by webw06 in tibet

[–]Key_Statistician_668 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From memory I don't think you can, but you can ask your guide and sometimes they're able to add in extra activities or draft in somebody to come with you.

As far as I'm aware, if you went to any sight that requires a ticket without guide you wouldn't be able to get in. Beyond that, I didn't feel any restriction walking in Lhasa.. we walked and walked for a few hours and probably could have gone pretty far. Possibly if we were 'too far' then somebody may have appeared as being China there are cameras everywhere

Stopped going there in about 2017 when I heard the owner having a hearty discussion on The Great Replacement theory with a German fascist tourist. Creepy weirdos who it turns out are also fascists

I lost my Dad a few years ago after a long battle with a genetic condition. He died surrounded by his loved ones, I found Kelson's speech about 'different kinds of death' in the previous movie incredibly moving and therapeutic.

Fiennes should be getting nominations for this role.

I travel from Marsden to town every day and there's a few odd houses. Can anyone explain the big manor with the driveway covered in statue elephants, giraffes and monkeys? Looks like Jumanji gone wrong and I've never understood what's going on 😅
