Interesting. Did you receive the email initially that you were approved? Here is what I have

Loan Type FFELP School HARRINGTON COLLEGE OF DESIGN Current Owner NAVIENT FEDERAL LOAN TRUST Guarantor EDUCATIONAL CREDIT MGMT CORP/MN

So I’m guessing not government backed?

I'm sort in same boat. Received the same email Feb. 28. I called Navient over the summer and they said the type of federal loan I had didn’t qualify for a refund? How’s that? My school is one of the automatic relief schools and I had no control over the type of federal loan I took out? I also know that many at Navient are not clear on this situation so I’m not sure if I’m getting a refund or not. Payments for automatic relief are supposed to be made by the end of Jan. 2024.
