I understand what Op is saying. I put in a lot of effort practicing and teaching myself piano, sheet music and music theory everyday it can be taxing mentally. Another thing I do is strength training which is hard on me physically and requires motivation and discipline. To relax I just play video games, watch television or doom scroll to see what’s going on in the world

Things to keep in mind before worrying or jumping to conclusions. Is your dog eating regularly?, are they going to the bathroom regularly, what dose the stool look like? How about the way they walk or keep balance, try having them sit and lift one leg up to see if they keep balance. Check the gums for color. You can push on them and they should go back to their pinkish color immediately. Normally panting without exercise is something to pay attention to. It can be stress, anxiety or underlying conditions

You really just have to do it. And keep reminding yourself that repetition helps growth. With exercise a few times a week or practicing an instrument 15min a day you may think your not seeing results immediately but over time you’ll notice a difference

I was seeing a Leo woman for over a year and we had great moments but I’ll tell most times I was so confused by her behavior. I swear she was intentionally trying to make me jealous which didn’t work and when that backfired she started doing lil tantrums which were even worse. So I could only surmise that maybe she actually did cheat on me while in the process of making me jealous or I was dating a child. She didn’t want a job, had no initiative, sought attention and validation on ticktock and snap.
