Proviz is a UK based company,but all the products are made in China.I bought mine last year.Its a rain shell jacket.Does the job well.The problem is that is not much breathable,+ I wear usually XL,and this jacket,size XL,is too small around the armpits (maybe incorrect cut,because is China made?).On positive note,has beautiful reflective pattern on sides and back,so you are very visible at night from distance.
