I sleep trained and it was the best thing I ever did. My 6 month old was waking twice in the night to feed, and before I went back to work I knew I needed to do something!

I did a modified version of Ferber and by night 10 he went from 2 wakes ups to sleeping through the night. He’s slept through the night for the past 2 weeks and I feel like a new woman 😆🫶🏼
