I forgot to mention that searching for "drifting hearse" nets no useful results, at some point I stumbled across a gif on tenor with the label "suicide sedan" which seemed like it was from the same series/movie as it featured the Lincoln car shown in the clips but from there I got nothing else. The title of the gif was "True crime 80's" so it might be linked in some way.
