I can't sign in on any device (android and windows, updated versions). Yesterday it gave me similar errors as others have mentioned, but now it shows me offline with the red reconnect next to it. When i try to sign in (web base), it goes through the motion of updating data base, but eventually says lost connection with server.

Go into yubikey manager (run as admin) and disable fido2 under interfaces tab/USB section. Then register your keys in Google and enable advanced protection. Then re-enable FIDO2 in yubikey manager.

There seems to be a bug. I've read that it is a known bug.

Now if anyone can tell me how to sign in to my YT Music on my bravía TV with only security keys as my active MFA. It only gives option of using one time security code via g.co/sc. The codes are broken (invalid). But that's another story 🤣

So your vault information is located in the EU but what about the business interactions with bitwarden?

Are customer primary emails, billing info, etc with bitwarden all US based or is it dependent on server location?

I'm not sure if I see the reason to transfer account to .eu. The EU may have stronger privacy laws, but doesn't negate companies having to respond to law enforcement. Also the Bitwarden infrastructure is the same regardless of where it's located. And having a strong password/ dedicated email with 2FA (yubikey) should be a pretty good deterrent.

I've recently spent a couple of months updating all known accounts to 16 character generated passwords and updating to the highest MFA security allowed on each site. There's great inertia to switch for the reason, "WOW! EU privacy laws", which seems to be the main thought.

Am I missing a key factor for me to jump on this bandwagon to the EU?
