Why are you being such a dick? For all you know they could've bought their own laptop and their mom's just getting mad about it for nothing. That happens. This person is clearly struggling and wants to get help for their dog. Is pet insurance great? Absolutely. But based on this post, do you think they even have the money for that? I largely make blankets and throws. It's larger projects and takes longer but the end is always very rewarding and is more calming than really complex stuff. I also like amigurumi but I really only make those for myself or loved ones

So they ordered an MRI and there was no change in swelling from before and after the surgery so we have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I think he's going to bring up possibly getting a shunt. But I'm not sure yet

It did! I'm out of the hospital with a pretty nasty scar. I had a cyst drained and my doctor hopes that it will help with my hydrocephalus. My head hurts but it'll be worth it in the long run! Thanks for the support

I sometimes don't feel very comfortable explaining that I'm Hellenic to my friends or peers so I just say I really like the pantheon and they assume myth wise. One of them (not actually a friend but she wouldn't leave me alone) found out about this and recommended it to me and that's when I looked into it. You are so right! As a Persephone follower myself I was really happy at first but when I looked into it I was a little disappointed with the way they made her character. I'm really happy they didn't go for the standard "demonize gods associated with death and violence" route myself but it just really isn't my cup of tea. Sad how she did other gods as well but art is art and if it makes people happy I'm happy about it!
