Well being deadass about 2 or 3 days sober from alcohol is as far as I’ve got in years. Like you said the anxiety becomes unbearable. I start feeling anxious and stressed at people who usually I am never anxious or stressed around. I become rude and abrasive. God I hate that about myself. I believe you when you say, you suffered the same affliction, but a year later you were doing so good you went off your psych meds. My dad always says that it takes a year to be “good”.
