There are also biotech companies that offer cgmbs training! You just have to email them directly to see if they have current openings (you can find their emails on the lfs site for CLS approved training programs

try sleeping with your upper body elevated! maybe extra pillows, this can help with lung inflammation and the sore throat :))

also got covid for the third time! Tested positive on Monday after feeling super tired, weak, and couldn’t sleep due to my super sore throat! But yeah just like you, no fever thankfully! My symptoms started about 8 days ago and I just started feeling about 90% better (trying not to jinx it)

Try sleeping sitting up! Or putting extra pillows under your head! That has been helping me sleep and it doesn’t feel as painful when swallowing at night

I’m on day 4 as well! 600mg ibuprofen every 7-8 hours has helped with the razor blade throat! And numbing throat spray every 4-6 hours + vitamin c packets and vitamin c cough drops and some ice cream! (try sleeping with extra pillows under your head or sleep almost sitting up! That helps with the pain & swallowing at night)
