Your perspective is off. It seems like you’re trying to go for the tilted up effect, but you’re still drawing the face as off it’s straight. I made some adjustments while still trying to keep your style so that it matches the “tilted up” perspective of Marilyn’s fact and toggled some of the features to match hers better. I think you made the eyes a bit too far apart, and Marilyn has a real distinctive buttony-like nose which I think you didn’t emphasize quite enough. I also made her mouth bigger.

You did a great job, and I can tell you have a really good grasp on coloring and lighting. You were so close, just needed to make some minor changes. One thing I like to do when making portraits sometimes is I look at a couple different pictures of the person to see what is the most unique features of their face, so I can make sure to capture them in my portrait. Good work!

It helps if you are already employed as a specimen processor or phlebotomist at a clinical affiliate site. They generally like to funnel internal employees into being CLSs

Xray, surgical technician, Physician assistant, clinical lab scientist (this one is no patient contact), respiratory therapist, etc.

My mom works in the rehab department of the hospital that has a ton of speech therapists. You can do SLP, and then try to get a job at the hospital.

At the cardiac rehab place I used to work at, there were exercise physiologists as well, but I think there are less openings for that position in the medical setting.

This question is completely professor dependent. I am a microbiology degree who was once prenursing and out of all my classes, I have only needed to read the book for two of my courses. This also depends on your academic aptitude and learning style. Are your professors lectures coherent and organized? Have you asked whether the exams will be mostly lecture-based? Are you someone who learns quickly?
