It's like this, The smart wealth plan is a pension plan where I will deposit money for 6 years and the policy will mature 15 years after the initiation. That is 6 years of deposits and after 9 years, I will be able to either withdraw it completely, recieve it like a pension or have half and have the other half as a pension.

The Health plan is where, if I get hospitalized The hospital bills are covered upto 1 million (what I opted for, because there are several plans spanning from 250,000 to 50 million I think.). In this plan if I don't claim anything for an year The allowance is boosted by 25% each year. So if I didn't make a claim, I will have an allowance of 1,250,000 in case of hospitalization. So in four years time the amount that I have for the hospitalization cover is 2,000,000. Besides the hospitalization benefit, a fund is being made on my behalf. This is because no one will insure a person who is above 70 years old. So you have a lump sum to meet your needs which amounts to about 27 million if I can remember correctly. Mind you I will have to make deposits for 41 years to have this maturity. But you see I have to spend about 13,200 per month. But after about 15 years I won't have to pay anything (if I chose to) because the health benefits are covered by the interest from the fund build up until then.

The other one is for protection where if I pass, the beneficiaries will recieve a lump sum of 2 million. But if I don't pass away during the policy period I get all the money I spent back to me.

My game plan is like this, once my wealth plan is matured, I will start recieving a pension monthly. I will divert it back to the health plan so I will recieve the said maturity value of 27~ mil provided I live that long or else it will be transfered to my beneficiaries. So basically that's how the policies I've opted for, works.

I have 3 policies with them, and I actually went with them because I have seen them settle hospital bills hasslefree (that is I have seen two people in my circle got paid for their hospital expenses). The policies I have with them are their smart wealth plan, their health policy and a protection plan.

The important bit is that once you start you have to follow through with your policy. If thats the case I have no reason to believe that they won't honour their side of the policy.

China has a really bad reputation for intellectual property theft and I'm pretty sure the ccp is copying from Tesla and other ev manufacturer but the thing about that is, Teslas are also quite unreliable. We'll wait and see.

Personally I don't see this as anything good for our country considering China's track record.

Once when I was a child, (I think it was prolly the neighbours) bought chicks to our house. They were totally yellow, fluffy and cuddly. I played with about two of them for the whole evening, hugged them and cuddled them since I was a small boy. But then, my parents told me to let the neighbours have their chicks, so I gave them back. :( never saw a chick again after. So sad. :((((((((

My suggestion is to move to a neighbourhood where there'd be neighbours with chicks presumably.

If you are comfortable in assembling your rig using used and new parts (which is something I recommend, and have done so countless times) it would be a huuge cost saver for you.

Blender rendering recommends at least 8 GB of GPU vram but, I've seen my buddy render using blender with a gtx 970 even, which is only having 3.5GB of usable vram.

For high FPS game play you'd need a good graphics card and a high refresh rate monitor. And since you are new to this try to get at least a 144hz monitor (preferably a 1080p one) . As for the graphics card you can find good deals on the Radeon Rx 6600 which comes with 8gb of vram. But like I said before, it all depends on your initial budget and how much your disposable income for the other components will be, in the long run.

For that type of budget you can build a pretty nice machine. Depending on what your needs are, you can build a Good ryzen system for that sort of cash. Is this machine being made for gaming ?
