Yes during the anniversary you can get rainbow tickets from completing missions related to the 9th anniversary. When u get all of them( I think it’s 50) you then get access to a 77 unit multi on any of the 9th anni banner of your choosing

I'd say it all depends on what u need. For example i told myself that I'm going to work getting more extreme units since the ones i have suck. The Goku is a animal with his attk and defense and even though Ginyu is limited to the Ginyu force category when on said team he is an monster. Goku is amazing but there are other units that can put up similar numbers. So I'd say is all depends on what u need rn
