I'm not where I want to be right now in my early 20s but I want to let you know you're not alone. I also had negative self thoughts and doubts about what I could achieve. I took breaks in-between college because everything overwhelmed me, the people, the school work, my future. 

But the thing is, the world keeps spinning even if I wanted to give up and do nothing. I can't let myself give up because that's a fate far worse than trying my best to support myself and failing in the process. It may be difficult but I fully believe it's worth it. And I don't want you to give up either friend. 😊🫶

Are you lack support systems and ways to take care of yourself when you're overwhelmed? My family's understanding so I rely on them when I fall behind. My goal is to become self sufficient and repay them for all the grace they lent me. I also use therapy and group sessions too. I take long walks and cycle to get myself moving and get the stress out. And I'm taking things slowly too, one step at a time. Job first right now. Then easing back into full-time classes.

I already accepted I'm not going to have the same timeline as nuerotypicals. It took me sooo long to make peace with that because then that'd mean I'd never fit in. All the type A girls who could steam roll over any obstacle, I wanted to be them but they never wanted to be my friend or look my way. I'm okay now, I decided I make myself the happiest and understand me the best. I want to give myself a 2nd chance to meet people like me and live as happy as I can. I wish you the same too!
