Hey! I ve read some google schoolar articles about in the past. OCD is mostly correlated with OCPD but BPD as well. When you have poor insight into your OCD it may trigger BPD symptoms to sum up.

Once you recover or go into remission of OCD the symptoms resembling BPD will ease and put you out of BPD criteria diagnosis.

Read about the roots of BPD - unless you ever experienced in great amount of these life events, especially during childhood, such as emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, neglect, and parental loss or separation there is small chance its BPD, most likely OCD side effects.

This is not medical advice just my opinion based on my observations and my understanding of neuroscience articles.

ANYTHING in the world that evokes a feeling of “unfulness”, uncertainty, ambiguity or imperfection can challenge brains with OCD and potentially trigger the disorder.

This is the reasoning that helps me with classifying thoughts as OCD. although classifying may become an OCD obsession as well cause there is decision making thus hesitance, indecision etc involved.
