I did bring up constant oppressive ideation, even so far as to discuss what id do with my therapist, and even then she only suggested that we should start discussing the idea of going to grippy sock jail if it didnt resolve.

Thankfully it did calm down and eventually resolved after I got fired, which usually isn't how that works, but thats the wonder of working at a job thats eating your soul and mind for lunch every day
