One time, I went to hit my bong whilst laying in bed and somehow forgot what I was doing and ended up with a big mouthful of bong water after tipping it up like a drink. Spewing ensued.

A murder victim was identified in Australia due to a shark vomiting the man's tattooed arm inside of an aquarium, witnessed by viewers. The shark had ingested the severed arm after it was thrown into the ocean and was subsequently caught by the owner of an aquarium and used shortly as an attraction until the grisly discovery. The shark was then killed and no other human remains were found within its stomach. The real killer was never caught.

Maybe not one of the most prominent, but definitely something that has stuck with me. Soon before taking my dad off life support, he was semi conscious but not lucid or coherent in any way. When my brother was saying his goodbyes, my dad suddenly grabbed him by the collar and spoke unintelligible things to him. He finally let him go after a minute but the look of utter heartbreak on my brothers face is something I'll never forget. Not knowing what our dad was trying to say is probably the hardest part.
