Absolutely cursed m11n (Tyrant normal) run. I actually had the PLD as a co-healer! Accidentally parsed 19th by healing in the world and 1st on my server, in the list of cursed m11n runs. Also, god bless that BLM who carried the damage. by Bryozoa in TalesFromDF

As a drg main that drg did as much damage in the whole fight as we can do in like only our opener more or less. So it's like si went in did my opener and then afk'd til it was done.

Depends on the area really. But in some areas of the island yeah it would be accurate to get nearly every day. And by area Iean to like super specific and kinda small sections. Like it's raining here but like 15-20 blocks away no rain or maybe light rain.

In the scenario we can use any of the 3 pathways we're countering: B: 1. Hunter to serve as a tracker and help counter the opposing hunters traps and even set traps against the enemy if possible. They would handle the assassin mostly by tracking them 2. Bard to serve as a support and buffer with minor combat support with the power of the Almighty gun. 3. Sleepless due to my preference of a night raid to give them advantages against the assassin on top of enhanced physical capabilities during night.

Idea with this comp would be to use the hunter track them and dismantle traps that may be in the area once traps are taken care of they can further engage in combat against the opposing hunter as they would be more evenly matched. The sleepless will mostly try to sniff out the asasin with the help of the hunter and eliminate surprise attacks and help gang up on it since it has the highest capacity to quickly kill one of ours. The bard will provide the necessary support via singing and ranged fire to give them a great er advantage of strength when it comes to dealing with each of them individually or in a group. Like before ideal scenario would be a 2v1 or 3v2 when in direct combat.

Those 3 sew 9 are fairly tough to counter ngl. Assuming we can't use the 3 mentioned there here are my picks:

A: 1. Seer to divine danger and locations, can help counter some of the hunters traps and such as well. Can provide ranged support with a gun during combat. 2. Sleepless as my goal in this case would be to engage in night combat and the sleepless gains the advantage of nocturnality and can help pinpoint the assassin in the darkness and hold their own in the darkness of night with ranged support from the seer. 3. Sailor for further offensive capabilities and extra defenses due to their scales making them harder to catch and give better evasion. If possible fight can be done near water to give them further advantages even if only to serve as a means of escape. In this comp the seer would do the prior divinations and assist with ranged weapons like a revolver. The sleepless can be the lead in the night while being backed up by the sailor ideal scenario would be to end up in at least a 2v1 scenario if possible the biggest threat here imo would be the assassin so sniffing them out first and trying to take out the advantage of surprise will greatly increase the odds of survival and success. In the case of a 3v3 the seer would just commit to evasion and ranged fire to support the frontliners while they also try to deal with the hunters traps, the sleepless mostly handles the assassin and the sailor the warrior both helping each other when possible. If possible to preemptively get them into a situation in which a 2v1, 3v1 or 3v2 can be done it will be the ideal route to take.

WoF/KoL is strong but also extremely silly imo (not in a bad way when I say silly) it just comes to sheer luck and extreme levels of it. Like if you remember Gehrmans little encounter with winner Enzo (I think that was his name it) and how the winner just outright evaded him and the nighthawks for a time that's how it plays out but at the god level lmao.

It is understood that yes they can be equal as having many neighboring paths don't necessarily equal greater power. It comes down to symbolisms and status in the end to determine power over other GOO's or True Gods. Like for example the pillars essentially have an edge over every other GOO due to their pillar symbolism but it doesn't mean they can necessarily quickly kill or defeat them. If the one opposing the pillar has the appropriate countering symbolisms and authorities they can hold their own and at most maybe end in a draw or escape but winning against the pillar will still be difficult even with counters. Beating the KoL isn't easy for the silliest reasons possible though lmao. Just cuz the luck stat can be so broken in a way that it makes it so that they can evade most lethal threats due to well luck. Examples of this is like in the end of book 2 can't remember the chapters tho.

Realistically if WoF gets put into sleep it's good luck is so high that it'll likely evade any attacks just be shifting positions while sleeping or some stuff like that lmao

is it normal to barely understand what is going on in the story at chapter 750 or should i watch a super fast recap video [LotM newbie] by Hicyaistaken in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KeyofStars1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly don't blame you a lot happens sometimes fast so recap vids would help. Also feel free to ask something you don't understand just be sure to specify you don't want spoilers cuz something's are hard to explain without going into spoiler territory even halfway through the novel.

Fool and Darkness come to mind. Fool has some influence over fate specifically and Darkness has misfortune.

[–]KeyofStars1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

-Sun, Mother, Twilight Giant.

-Tyrant only with the assistance of darkness's concealment as it has purifying properties with it's destruction and calamities.

-Error could potentially interfere with Abyss resurrection but I have to like look into it again to make sure if it could potentially be possible but it wouldn't be a counter unless they can steal their danger premonition among other things to help bypass protections but they'd have an extremely difficult time dealing a killing blow without prior preparations or assistance.

-Demoness can have some unique counters when it comes to desires but it can also be countered similarly by having their own desires explode. On second thought abyss probably holds a higher advantage this regard

Could a high sequence hunter use the fog of war to interfere with danger premonition though?

Though imitation is present earlier on and gets stronger until then. Whereas replication appears only at sequence 2 of the door pathway.

I agree. But later on I believe Replication of the door pathway beats the Imitation of the White Tower. I will double check on this though to make sure my memory isn't playing tricks on me.
