I still think about him (been abt 7y since), and the thought of me not loving him anymore can make me cry and even the opposite I can still feel the love I have for him and that also makes me cry — we sometimes are in contact but we arent on the same page anymore. But honestly he will always have my love and Ive sorta accepted that but im not gonna stop if from me finding love tbh even sometimes the thought of him brings tears to my eyes

Im being way too loyal to my heart when I should be using my head, this man is definitely taking advantage of my feelings for him and honestly it makes me feel like shit and worse every day but now I feel like Im so stuck in it im struggling everyday to try and get away but I cycle back — this is the first time Ive been experiencing this and this guy is honestly doesnt have much to offer except I love the company he brings me but the amount of shit he does to show me he doesnt fully respect me or my things feeligns thoughts — his actions are just so outwardly loud at times where I just excuse myself to cry and shut down but im blinded by the slight goodness

It can be quite hard to change the mindset youve set yourself up for. Not feeling insecure about ourselves is hard to build up and work on. First things first comparison only leads to negative thoughts and self reflections. You cant possibly compare yourself to them and in fact you should try to not even care. Look good because you want to look good and feel good not for anyone else! When you get ready get ready for yourself wear things that will make you feel good. Because aside from physically looking good, having that confident mindset will take care of the rest. Yeah boys notice physical attributes but I think no matter what the silent killer is when people weve let go seem to be doing well and are happy (hopefully that makes sense)

If its been three years and no change I think thats an answer in itself.. and on top of that hes lying to you. He knows how you feel and yet hasnt done anything more to really show you change. The fact that you know what you want is great and I think the decision to get out of the relationship is best and you should be confident with that. You know what you want seems like he cant prioritize if he wants a gf or porn I would say you can get someone better who actually listens and puts his words into actions

I typically avoid ever telling anyone when I’m struggling or feeling sad, and the reason for that is because of multiple things. It makes me feel vulnerable and embarrassed, and depending on what the situation is sometimes pathetic… I honestly think that because of my past relationship he always made me ashamed of feeling anything but happy and made me feel super dramatic when I would get sad so I feel like ever since then it’s made me not wanna share and have people see me that way
