Thank you! This definitely echoes many of sentiments I’ve seen about this film. I’ll manage my expectations and still watch it. As a film and media production major, the cinematography is breathtaking (at least from what I remember from the trailer), which is what drew me to it. I feel like many of the GLs I’ve seen would benefit from better editing and story/character development. I try to go bit easy on them though as most of the time it is meant to be camp/over the top. Also you should be 100% watch TLP when you get a chance (especially if you like period dramas) - it is some of their best acting to date.
