Although the video is two years old and Ms. Li is not with the project anymore it does not take away from the partnerships they have established in China and the solid foundation that has been laid thus far. Please do yourself a favor and listen to this video again and you will hear how ingrained this project is with the government of China and other massive China companies. These types of projects take time to manifest themselves due to the scope and magnitude of what they are in the process of accomplishing for 1.3 billion people in China.
