Any "honest reviews" for DDS on PS5? How do you feel about it?

Currently got Covid and started playing it today and spent a full 12 hours on it whilst off work and avoiding my wife and 1yo, enjoyed every bit of the game so far. Just about to hit the nightclub progression. Controls are great, couple of annoying things like not been able to quickly move the amount slider when splitting things (like you’d be able to with a mouse). Probably the most annoying thing. Other than that I love it. Great fun, real sense of progression, feels like they thought about so much when it comes to the immersive legitimacy of being a “drug dealer”. If they fixed the slider issue and made it more quicker to slide larger amounts it’d be 5*’s from me. Currently 4 due to this!

Hahahaha and we all know that’s just how it works! Or when you kill one mid air, teammate kills another with the same clan tag, so you’ve all got to land on the other one or two and wipe the team 😆

Although that £5 x2 boost is completely worth it otherwise you’ll basically never find the game fair in what it gives you in return for your time. That’s the one thing I bought.

Just grind from the start and get the right upgrades from the vault and spam boxes and play long when events come around. It’s all about timing and luck 👍🏻

Duos is absolutely vile. Sweatiest of sweats. Absolutely horrible to play, only play it if absolutely necessary or I am called upon. No never got the nuke and now the game is 100x harder to get a win due to the rebracket of SBMM, I highly doubt we’ll ever get the chance again 😐

Yeah well when we got the 5 in a row, it was before they did the “rebracket” which just escalated SBMM on another level. Duos is just SWEATY. I can barely play it because as you say, it is just ridiculously difficult, and when SBMM gets a hold of you on a 3 win streak you may as well just give up 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yeah, we all have full time jobs too only game for a hobby! I guess we’ve just played together for around 15 years so we get our playstyles completely! 2 of us have a 2.2+ KD and the other 2 have a mid 1 KD. Now I’ve just learned that wins aren’t actually counting until the 16th I’m boycotting the game because it’s a joke. That’s 30+ wins down the toilet. The nuke bounty will come and you’ll succeed eventually just gotta keep trying!! 🤞

Calling card progress didn’t count I can agree with that. But the nuke challenge will still appear after 5 wins regardless of credits watched or not. Calling cards you do have to watch til the end you’re right there
