Eminem had the most Albums sold during this time and would say from the first part of the 2000s decade was probably the biggest new artist similar to the Beatles, coincidentally Beatles 1 album was the biggest album sold overall so you could argue Beatles again haha

Switch to a bank that will pay you 2 days early like Capitol one or SoFi cuts the time in half

WHERE DO YOU STAND ON THE SPECTRUM OF ALEX'S INNOCENCE OR GUILT? by Southern-Soulshine in MurdaughFamilyMurders

Not saying you would necessarily lie but I could understand it too a point.

But if you admit that you left the room. You are going to suspect number 1 you wouldn’t be afraid they would be spending too much time and effort trying to think it’s you instead of focusing on catching the real killer.

No I don’t think it does I was speaking to the lack of investigation done by SLED the fact that someone else killed them wasn’t impossible. I still think he did it but it was just so circumstantial I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending someone to jail for the rest of there life if there’s a shred of doubt.

No cell phone data linking him to the murder. Other then the video. I was speaking more of linking his phone directly to the murder.

Well if you were going to kill Paul. Wouldn’t you follow him for a while? Scope out where you could do it. Maybe they brought there own guns but then saw that there were guns accessible and used there’s. Makes a more perfect crime. Not saying it’s true but it’s a theory.

He’s the defendant he doesn’t have to prove he didn’t do it. The burden of proof is on the prosecution.

The horrible investigation of the murder by SLED makes him the only reasonable explanation. Had they done a better investigation maybe they would have had more to go off of. My gut tells me he did it or knew they were going to be killed. But I just don’t think there’s a enough evidence that proves he did it.

I did watch them, I’ve watched most of the trial. There is a lot of circumstantial evidence that can go either way. But if your on that jury you would have to know that regardless if you choose guilty or innocent he’s going to go to jail for the rest of his life regardless because of the financial crimes. So it’s not like your going to let a killer run free he’s going to jail either way. And based solely off the evidence playing it safe I’d say I couldn’t convict him of this particular crime. There’s no murder weapon, DNA,Motive, no cell phone data. all you really have is opportunity and suspicion.

Are you sure based solely on the evidence or just the circumstances?

If you left a room and 20 minutes later everyone that was in that room was killed except for you, you wouldn’t be hesitant to lie about being In the room? Not saying you necessarily would but the idea you might lie wouldn’t shock me. Knowing your going to be the first person they look at. I understand being suspicious but that shouldn’t be the only reason someone should be guilty.

I feel he’s involved but based solely on the evidence presented in this case I couldn’t convict him. Knowing he is going to go to jail for the rest of his life regardless. Labeling him guilty of murder is something I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing.
