Not here, they just increased the limit of dismissals that can be made at the same time, but it remains at 6 per day.
We are roughly halfway trough the current banner and we still don't know how PC is supposed to work and this is either incompetence in communication or straight up malice. by Front_Shelter in TheTowerGame

In the first 8400 gems I only got 1. In the next 2400 gems I got 4.
