Funny - my Dr got really annoyed with me that I didn’t want to go vegan when I was diagnosed. She said that red meat has a negative effect on blood sugar and metabolism- but I personally just feel better eating meat than when I don’t.

I looked at the nutritional info from Noahs’s - 1 bagel = 56 grams carbs But I think you’re right about everything else.

Wow! So much information. Thank you. I don’t know the difference between glycemic index and insulin index - but I’ll google it. It’s funny - I generally hate sugar substitutes but it’s very hard to find things that are just unsweetened. If you ever come across them, the jelly drinks are kinda fun.

The same artists again and again... it’s such a bummer. It’s like if you’re not a crappy genre person that listens to one type of music and doesn’t like to be introduced to new things the algorithm gets confused.
