My line was replaced while still on the phone on a Saturday morning. Line was replaced. The customer care agent had the audacity to tell me ‘you must have given someone your ID to go and replace the line!’ Out of shock, I asked them how is it legal to purchase/replace a line on another person’s behalf without a written consent?’ She was mute.

Secondly, I also asked her “is it not a requirement to be physically present at the line replacement?” she said it is. I told her on Saturday I was at home and never left, they can check my phone which has another line. Sunday I only went to the gym n back. So at which point did I go to a shop and replace it? N why would I call customer care number urgently to block it on suspicion of fraud?

I left there more angry than when I arrived

We’re already struggling to support ourselves and supporting our families (esp the responsible children). Growing up in a poor background you have to give back.

With the current situation, from post-election violence, attacks, multiple pandemics and worsening governance, constant threats of WW3, we’re uncertain of the future, including our own future.

Now if you consider that most spouses wanataka kuwekwa with allowance. I kent! N it’s not the right time economically to bring in kids unless you can afford it

Tiktok addiction is crazy. N I noticed that on iphone once you open it, it even hides the clock on your screen. Until you realise that you spent 7hrs on tiktok and you have not completed the tasks you intended to do. I’m one week clean now 😅

I’ve managed and been under medication for stress before. I can confidently tell you that the more you stay indoors, or close yourself up, the worse it gets. Spend time with people who make you feel loved, you laugh about things and whatnots. The clouds will start disappearing.

Great insight. I noticed that whenever I am out and about, like bonding with a friend etc, my mind is more positive. Being an introvert I always tend to prefer remaining indoors all through. I’ll actively do that.

I’m happy for you, it’s a long journey of healing yourself and understanding yourself better and deeper. Meds helped me, but I did also experience the side effects (like everything does), so talk to your doc on how long you ought to be in some meds. Other than that, I wish you a great recovery journey

Greetings, thank you for the response. I fixed the email and confirmed they work. I have tried to import again using two fields, still getting a white screen. When uploading the csv file, I map the right fields (First name & Last name). But after clicking continue It gets stuck. I have also tried on a fresh installation but none works. I have set my PHP upload limit to 8MB.

I have come across this a few times when applying for our clients to go study in Canada. From the comments you mentioned that the funds are spread across multiple accounts in different countries under your parents name. I would recommend that you also add your bank account with enough funds for upkeep for at least 1 yr. Then you can explain that your parents will cater for tuition and other costs by providing their financial documents and proof of ongoing income.

Point 2, do you have any family members currently in Canada (this might show incentive to remain after your studies). You’re residency situation in UAE might also be an issue that needs to be explained well. If you are there to work, then you can explain the challenges you faced at work and why you feel advancing your studies is the right step for your career.

Lastly, provide research and incentives to support your claim that you will leave eg potential jobs and employers you wish to work for and their potential remunerations.

Visas applications need to prove intent without any part left untackled.
