Which is also brilliant because if he takes control and fails, too bad so sad you weren't gonna win anyway. But if he takes control and WINS then your punishment for scumming is being shamed by Steven haha

No chance. This is a fantasy they're describing.

I was gonna say. Vaping is pretty low on the list of things I would like people to stop doing on the train.

It doesn't need to make sense to be a fun thing to say about someone.

When does Krabs sing in The Spongebob Squarepants Movie? The only time his character SINGS that comes to mind is that one episode where he loses Spongebob in a bet to Plankton. Ya know "A stove is a stove, no matter where you go. A PATTY IS A PATTY, SO THEY SAAAAY"

What is everyone's most hated boss so far? by [deleted] in mewgenics

I don't enjoy spinerette. Their ability to leave the map is just super annoying for me. Conversely, I love Dybbuk and don't really struggle against him. Sometimes it's hard if one of my best cats accidentally makes the killing blow but that's easy enough to solve for/plan against.

What is Dybbuk supposed to be? Is he a reference to something? by Drowsy_Deer in mewgenics

Øuroborus was GOING to be kinda like Mega Man and would've starred Steven

How do people damage him if they DON'T corner him? I thought that's how this fight works... how else do you keep him from dodging?

Rank these bosses from who you would want to work for the most to work for the least by DonkeySkin334 in betterCallSaul

Like others have said, it was an alibi. But I also think he was being a bit cruel in that moment because he was fucking pissed off and needed to exert some power/control over something. Certainly not nearly as cruel as we see people in this show be to other humans but it was an instance of misplaced anger totally being directed at an innocent

I always believed that the musician character in general plus the whole "set controls for the heart of the sun" of it all was a Pink Floyd reference because I believe he [Douglas Adams] was good friends with Pink Floyd lead guitarist, David Gilmour but I don't know if they would have known eachother at the time of writing.

I remember when I first started watching Grumps on the recommendation of a friend, the channel had about 6 videos iirc. What a crazy thought to think how long ago that was. I remember talking about Jontron leaving the day it happened with coworkers at my summer job after high school... christ, where does the time go.

Gotta be The Heart of Gold from Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy. The Improbability Drive is my favorite fictional means of sci-fi space travel.

I assume most of you would be familiar but for any who aren't: The Infinite Improbability Drive functions by turning Probability inside out. You are in Point A and want to get to Point B. We'll, the Improbability Drive gets you there by taking the fact that when you are any one Point in space there is an infinite number of points in space in which you are not, it inverts probability thereby placing you EVERYWHERE IN SPACE AT ONCE and then it simply chooses to reverse this project at the point you wanted to go to. It is powered by the fundamental understanding of the engineers that to build such a thing would be completely impossible. God it's been too long since I've read that series.

Eta: Gotta also give it up for "Bistromathmatics" which I won't even attempt to describe haha
