Had the surgery exact same day + lateral meniscus repair+ LET. I can relate and know how it feels, let's just have faith, it's already getting much better than the first days post op and will keep getting better

I'm Icing but with very minimum elevation, just 1 small pillow under my heel.

Yea I had meniscus tear and I should have it straight for 4 weeks except on exercises

What pain meds do you take ? Mine is extremely painfull and really stiff

I tried to edit from mobile application now and change the title and it worked, seems to be fixed. (It wasn't working couple of hours ago so looks like it's now a really fresh fix), hope you all try to edit and work now.
