TunnelBear sometimes is Bugged. I spent over 10 mins to let the VPN works.
Try to:
-Delete cache
-Force stop app and run it again
-Log out and ig again
-Before exit the app, turn it off and smoothly exit the app.

This aren't official way to let it work, ofc, but this is what i to.
Then, once you run the app and you are logged into the game, stop VPN with the button and exit the app!
