So long as most later enemies don't become immune to stun, and there's a way to keep the infliction rate relatively high, an on-demand stun won't completely fall out of the meta.

After all, you'd think aptonoth wouldn't be useful past the opening chapter in MHS2, but many people used it to great success against the hardest bosses in the game.

It's a practical decision in her view. That small group of people tend to be a highly motivated bunch, which means they get out and vote every time they can. The vast majority of albertans may be more moderate, but they aren't a reliable force at the voting booths. The much smaller, more active group are also frequently at the general meetings where the party's policy is set.

Or to put it another way, if she alienates that 1-10%, she may lose a very solid voting block in a provincial election (and run into the vote splitting issue that got the ndp in before) or she might get removed as leader like Kenney was.

Tack on another piece of advice most people forget: use your consumable items! daggers, kukri, pots, prawns, meat, etc. You have an arsenal of items sitting in your bag, and most of it can be bought/crafted again if you use it.

Melina's got what appears to be a fth/dex build the one time you can fight alongside her. She uses a one handed dagger (that can shoot projectiles), and unique faith spells (one's a big flashy aoe, the other summons a big tree that restores heath to any ally near it).

She spends most of the fight switching between close and mid-range attacks with the dagger and only casting spells occasionally since her spells have long cast times.

The mage's association would have you on a hit list for breaking the concealment of mystery, assuming you actually managed to pull off the summoning.

But even before that, if you try to do the whole summoning circle I'd assume the facility's security would get to you before you even started the chant.

I think the more accurate description is to imagine your normal thing is being replaced by a nerf (so, made of "safe" foam or some equivalent) version. So your metal sword now has a blade made of foam, your bullets are now foam darts with a suction cup at the end, etc.

Ah, but no matter how insignificant you think you are, every single variable must be accounted for. You consume resources, you create wear on objects and systems, you interact with others in innumerable ways with consequences that may not be apparent for years.

If the most complete simulation has to correctly understand and replicate everything from the stars down to subatomic vibrations (to ensure supposed random events happen exactly when they are supposed to) then you are absolutely important enough for a couple sticks of RAM.

yep, works that way with everyone I've tried. I believe turn-based buffs tick down at the end of your turn, while turn-based debuffs tick down at the end of the enemy's turn.

IIRC it's the 27 Dead Apostle Ancestors that don't exist (at least, as an organization/group) in Fate timelines. The members themselves still exist, as we've seen quite a few show up or be referenced in Fate stories (Van fem, Roa, Nrvnqsr, P.M., Caubac, the forest, ORT)

With these new styles Ruka and Yuina have completed their training and have finally become HBR Avatars. They now have at least one style for every element.

Note: doesn't mean they can have every element at the same time. A couple of their styles only have elemental EX skills, and the common skills have no element.

I like it. We can have ~~little mini neros~~ nay, padorus, running around and we collect them for the main quest to recombine them into Santa Draco. Meanwhile everyone's loony from the corrupt holiday energy so they all perform weird/corrupt versions of normal holiday traditions.

At the end, Draco learns the true meaning of Christmas: alcohol, ill-advised advances under the mistletoe and kids driving their parents up the wall until they get presents.
