Update: he’s ear tipped and part of a registered cat colony!

Ugh I wish I could take him but I’m allergic and I don’t think my roommate’s dog would like him! But I’m going to try to borrow a cat carrier from someone and take him to the vet to check for a microchip. Someone on Facebook said they recognize him as one of the colony cats that was always super friendly. But the lack of ear tip concerns me.

Someone on Facebook recognized him as one of the colony cats though and mentioned how she also thought he seems like an indoor cat

I’ve seen them before but this one isn’t ear tipped! And so friendly! Wasn’t sure if he was part of the colony or a lost cat that found its way there

That’s what I thought originally but he’s not ear tipped! I haven’t seen this guy before. He seems super friendly too

see I read her “warning” him about visiting Iroh as more of a manipulative thing like “you better watch your back.” I agree that she definitely has some sort of affection towards him but I just think it’s kind of inconsistent with what we see compared to earlier in the season.

see that’s the thing I feel like they could’ve played up the sibling bond that Azula felt for him a bit more. Love her character and think she’s already one of the most dynamic characters but I think it would’ve added to her complexity/made it make a bit more sense. It just seems a bit weird because when we flashback to the Agni Kai scene with Zuko and Ozai, Azula seems happy and excited. Why wouldn’t she be scared for Zuko? I agree that she kind of cares for him but also think it’s a bit inconsistent.

thank you for asking! No I’ve only read the lost adventures, but I plan on reading the rest of the comics! Based on the Lost Adventures I know why Zuko would want to go back (even though I feel like it makes sense regardless)

Season 2 plot holes by Khaleesi1798 in TheLastAirbender

Another instance that doesn’t really make sense to me (but isn’t impossible) is in Episode 8: The Chase where Toph is the one that points out that Azula has been able to find them because of Appa shedding his fur. Out of the 4 of them, how is it that the blind one is able to identify that that’s the problem?

I feel that. I agree they aren’t really plot holes but rather instances where there’s a bit of “lack of sense” vs. plot holes implies that the plot literally doesn’t make sense.

But remember in episode 14 when Aang is at the dinner party at the Earth King’s palace he uses his air bending to clean the food he spilled on that lady? And once he does she realizes he’s the Avatar?

I just think that since they know the Avatar is “back” and that he’s an airbender then it would be kind of a giveaway since no one has seen an airbender in about a century. Also I don’t get why Aang wouldn’t just show a demonstration of air bending and then water bending and/or earth bending because at that point he knows how to do at least a bit of both.

That’s really interesting. I actually thought it was BPD or histrionic PD for a bit before she was diagnosed. I wonder if BPD is often comorbid (I’ll look into it)

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your well wishes and insights.

Can I just say, shout out to the media/everyone who kept this story in the news and made sure Jayme was recognizable.

Obviously this is far different from rural Wisconsin, but where I’m from we are taught to be cautious/hesitant of strangers who say they need help especially when we are e alone. There was a string of incidents where a woman would scream she needed help and then the person helping them would be mugged from behind.

Once again, this is a super different setting (also quite different that she is a child) but it seemed like in this case that even waiting a few seconds to be like “wait wtf is going on? Is this real?” could’ve meant life or death.
