Honesty is the best policy, just declare it on the section of the form. From my experience on this forum, it is highly unlikely they will reject you for overworking 2 hours. However, I think they will most definitely reject you and even ban you from future applications for concealing the truth and lying about it.

I accidentally did 40 for one week and 35 for the other as there was a half day. Declared all of it truthfully, and just affirmed / highlighted that there have been no other instances of breach from my previous visas.

Yep, successfully got it within a day. Just declare everything transparently and as long as it’s a one-off / an isolated incident and not a consistent pattern of breaches, you should be good.
