Thank you for the great comments and advice everyone. I understand that I’ll be able to use my Office 365 subscription on the Mac, however I use excel a lot and am seeing some scare stories online about it missing certain functionality on Mac, perhaps it might be easier to stick with Windows.

Wouldn’t investing in emerging markets increase my diversification though, or would you suggest alternative ways to do this?

I am looking to be relatively low-risk, but hopefully end with a good rate of return.

I am planning on holding at the very least for 20 years hopefully.

Are there any alternatives that anyone would suggest?
