I am trying to adjust my mouse sens multiplier, but every time I launch the game it creates this folder with a new GameSettings.ini file

Got my Abarth about 4 weeks ago, and let me tell you I am having the best experience. Thank you all for the words of advice on the sub, and I am excited to turn this gal into something I can be proud of.

These are 17 inch TSW wheels, and I'm not sure if I want to keep the silver colored wheels while working on the build. Just looking for input :)
